About Statewide

Statewide Environmental Services is owned by David, Nathan and Andrew Hall.  Statewide was separated from Conway Towing and Recovery, Inc. in June 2009. 

We are located at 3101 US 31 North in Conway, Michigan at the Conway Towing and Recovery building where   Conway Towing and Recovery, inc. has been since the early 80’s.   We are a family owned and operated business and have taken great pride in providing a broad variety of services to our local community 24 hours a day, with our trained and educated team of professionals.
Conway Towing and Recovery, Inc. has been responding to spills since the early 90’s and has determined a growing need for this service in the area keeping our environment in mind.  By separating the two companies we were able to focus specifically on our goals by specializing in the training, education and providing the services for companies individually rather than solely our towing Company.

Minor accidents such as a passenger vehicle leaking fluids can potentially harm our environment and be a threat to public safety if not cleaned up properly.  Such spills could be oil, gasoline, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, battery acid, diesel fluid and etc. 

Statewide is committed to being available 24 Hours a day/seven days a week, ready to respond to any vehicle, tractor-trailer, tanker accident or any other incident where a hazardous spill has occurred.  Our team of certified technicians will respond quickly and be prepared to handle the containment, clean up, site restoration and disposal of contaminated materials.


Statewide site technicians have been trained and educated in hazardous waste (HAZWOPER), Towing and Recovery certifications by Wreck Master, CPR, First Aid, Excavation, and Incident Command Systems and continues to train and educate our technicians as needed.  Our team of specialized site technicians possesses the required combination of education and experience to respond to a broad variety of challenges.  Our Company works closely with the Emergency police and fire personnel, Michigan Department of Environmental Quality and the Michigan DNR.

24 Hours a day, Statewide Environmental Services will respond when a spill, release and/or accident happens in Northern and Upper Michigan.
